Mixed cooked salad
1 small head cauliflower,2 carrots,25 dag of canned peas, 25 grams of potatoes
salt,oil,vinegar,mayonnaise and cucumber for garnish.
Vegetables, wash, clean and cook.
When tender drain and cool it down, put it in a bowl of salad.
In the middle put the cauliflower and cover it with mayonnaise.
Carrots, cut into thin slices, and potatoes into thin slices.
If canned peas Drain and rinse under running water.
Thus prepared vegetables with salt and season with oil and vinegar.
Around the cauliflower mayonnaise, which covered the bottom of the bowl alternately stack vegetables.
Garnish it with sliced cucumbers
