Mashed with pork

















Mashed potatoes with pork 
Ingredients: 500g potatoes, 500g pork, olive oil down, salt, pepper, spices 

Boil the potatoes for about 1 hour; then peel the potatoes and clean them with water. then mash the potatoes and add 100 g of hot oil. You can add salt and spices, depending on your taste.. 

Chop the meat in small pieces, mash it with a tool. Then fry the meat in a pan around 20-30 minutes. Then trim and have an ideal lunch for four people.
