Beef steaks with mustard

















300 gr beef (of beef)
100 gr bacon
1 onion
mustard oil salt pepper 2 dl sour cream.


The meat of the piece, wash and cut into four steaks, is a good spank mallet and brush with mustard.
Bacon cut into four slices and place one on each steak.
 

Wrap them up and secure with a toothpick.
Heat oil fry the onion, place prepared steaks and simmer until the meat is tender.
If necessary during stewing add water.
 

Steaks pour the sour cream and cook briefly.
With this dish serve cooked rice and green salad.
