Minestrone with corn



















400 gr of young maize (corn kernels)
250 gr beans
500 g of potatoes
100 g of bacon
1 ham bone
4-5 pieces of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
salt pepper


Boil ham bone in water .In another pot put beans , fill with water and drop the boiled ham bone .Finely chop the bacon , garlic and parsley leaf .
Stir and continue shredding to give a nice weight as pie .Thus chopped garlic parsley and bacon pest add to the beans and cook until beans are tender .Then add the corn kernels and later potatoes cut into cubes and continue cooking .
When
Minestrone cooked , remove the bone , remove the meat and return it to the pot .Potatoes with salt and pepper.
Pest by the follow way : Finely chop together the dry bacon garlic and parsley and a mass that is similar to
pate added to minestrone more initially to be cooked bacon .
